Production process:
1. Plate making: Cut out various shapes of plywood according to the drawings.
2. Moding: Use a gas gun to nail each plywood to make a model.
3. Select color: Select the PVC color according to the drawing to prepare for printing.
4. Spray: Print PVC with a 3D printer.
5. Makeup: Customize each PVC according to the drawings.
6. Making a foam: Cut the pearl cotton according to the drawing.
7. Binding: Install the same shape of plywood and pearl cotton with an air gun.
8. Fixed: brushed PVC wrapped finished plywood and pearl cotton model.
9. Pipe cutting: Cut each size pipe with a machine.
10. Test: Test each finished product.
11. Packing: Pack each product with a bubble bag and a pp woven bag, ready to load the container
